Nearly 550MB of hard drive space will be taken up if you want to try out the demo of Burnout Revenge, as it is now on the Marketplace. What do you get? Some crazy graphics, another racing game, but it only has one car, for one track, in one racing mode…a little lackluster if you ask me.

Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Review
1UP.com has posted a preview of Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion which gives a first look at the game after twenty hours of play time.
About 20 hours into The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, and this sucker is just getting started. Where most videogames would be wrapping things up, I’m just starting to get a handle on the story and my character. And that’s just fine. No, that’s just great.
Because Oblivion is a game with an embarrassment of riches (including a beefy 50 achievements to earn in the Xbox 360 version). The world is enormous and packed with things to do, the use-based character development and skill system is insanely rich and full of choices, and there are more core quests, side quests, miniquests, and simple oddball things to do than in any 10 games combined.
I am not into long RPG’s, and so I don’t think this game is for me, but if you want to spend hundreds of hours working on a character, you might want to snatch a copy as soon as it hits store shelves, as I have a feeling it is going to sell quickly.
10 Million Downloads Reached
In a recent press release, Microsoft has announced that the Xbox 360 has had 10 million items downloaded from Live. It reached the 10 million mark faster than Apple’s iTunes application.
But that is not all that was in the press release. New games for Xbox Live Arcade will include Street Fighter 2: Hyper Fighting, though we expected that. What I did not know about is that Uno, a popular card game, and Texas Hold ‘Em Poker would also be coming to the Arcade. Better yet for all you poker addicts, it should be fully free…
Check out the press release for more details.
The Transparent Screencast
Wandering around on Flickr today. I stumbled upon the number one best collection of pictures I have ever seen. Well minus the pictures of my best friend’s ex girlfriend. Anyhow this is way to much fun. It’s actually easy to “make a transparent monitor”

Ghost Recon 3: Advanced Warfighter Review
Pocket-lint looks at GRAW, and gives it a decent review. They liked the graphics, amount of action, and the ability to command vehicles. They did not really like is that it was not as tactical as some might have wanted, and that you need a big television to see all the HUD elements.
While the Xbox360 still suffers from a lack of good solid titles, Ubisoft’s Ghost Recon is hoping to put an end to that on the tactical squad based first person shooter side, but has the game got what it takes to win through?
Based across a sprawling Mexico City landscape the game takes the Ghost Recon series to a new level. Graphics are impressively sharp, sound movie-like and better still the gameplay to match.
In the end they give Ghost Recon 3: Advanced Warfighter an eight out of ten.
