It’s a gadget-eat-gadget world out there, and really, we’ve got no choice but to embrace the madness. We can look at them and all of their technological glory – the big ones, the little ones, the human-centric ones, and the ones that aren’t interested in humans at all. And if we continue to expand our horizons and adjust our perspectives, all those gadgets can work for us.

We’ve got gadgets that use smaller and more powerful processing. We have gadgets that come at the behest of industrial design. These can come in the form of wristbands, sensors, apps for your phone, or any combination of those together. And you don’t’ have to be a health nut to appreciate the data that these devices give you.
