Dell Streak MID

This video above is featuring the latest MID coming out of Dell. Called the Streak, it runs the newest Eclair (aka, Android 2.0) software courtesy of Google.

Other specs include a 5-inch, 800×400 capacitive touchscreen with multitouch, full 3G broadband support plus WiFi and Bluetooth, and a 5.0 MP camera with dual-LED flash. Also coming along for the ride are a microSD slot, a 1300 mAh battery, and what looks like a front-facing camera. It apparently comes in two colors, based on the pictures, and features touch-sensitive controls along the front bezel.

Toshiba announces Journe Touch mobile Internet device

Toshiba has announced an interesting little portable multimedia device, which looks much like digital photo frame but in fact can do a great deal more.

The Journe Touch, featuring a seven-inch touchscreen, is totally portable so it can be used around the house to listen to music, watch videos, connect up to a high definition TV via HDMI, and access a range of web sites.

It runs on Windows CE 6.0 Pro, a popular choice that’s built-in to a range of consumer electronics devices, and can connect to a Wi-Fi network.
