Following on from the HD 380 headphones announced last week comes a whole new series of headphones at a range of price points that should mean everyone can own a decent pair of Sennheisers.

The HD 408s, the only open design, feature powerful neodymium magnets, an ultra-light design, optimised sound for use with portable audio players, frequency response of 25-21,000 Hz, and a 1.4m OFC (oxygen-free copper) cable. £39.99.

The HD 418s are closed back headphones offering extended bass, frequency response of 20-20,000 Hz and single-sided cable. £49.99.

Stepping up to the HD 428s, also offering gold-plated plug with 6.3mm adaptor. £64.99.

The HD 438s (pictured, £74.99) and HD 448s (£84.99) offer wider frequency response and a few more accessories.

A nice range of headphones particularly for those on the move.
