360 Insider reviews the Xbox Live Arcade game, Outpost Kaloki X, and gives it an eight out of a possible ten points. I have played the demo of the game, and agree with most of his assessment, though I will be sure to write my own review, as there are points I disagree with. One thing I stand behind him in, is his first paragraph:
Generally the reaction I’ve gotten from spectators while playing this game is, “what the heck are you playing?” To be honest, since I don’t really know how to pronounce the title I reply, “Um, a game.” The response doesn’t give the game due credit because once you get over the non-traditional look and gameplay of this title, there is a good amount of depth and, more importantly, fun.
