The Xbox Live Ambassador program is live. It has been launched to help the new players during the free Xbox Live Gold weekend, and there are a fair number of helpers out there. On Xbox.com the list has grown to 270 gamertags.
Even better if you don’t speak english, or even if it is not your first language, their is a breakdown of people that speak other languages you can contact.
