The Xbox 360 Marketplace has a new item in their content list, and it is the demo for Condemned. If you are undecided about this game in regards to adding it to your list of purchases, the demo might help you decide.
The download weighs in at about 550mb, so you will want to find something else to do while you wait for it to finish. Maybe go do groceries or something?
One other small caveat, unfortunately, the demo isn’t currently available in Asian regions.
