Yes, these cute things are more than a two lovely balls. They’re in fact disney-inspired MP3 players. Another design that is sure to get the hearts of kids… at the parent’s wallet’s expense. Aside from the usual MP3 features it packs, notice that there are little tiny dots on its face… those are LED lights. They’re a little special because they change/animate to show a face expression. The cutest singing Mickey now can show up to 20 blinking facial expressions and looks when you alter the functions on the player.

And like it’s previous model, those ears double as gadget controls (volume and track seek controls). The new Mickey comes with two color choices : baby pink and light blue. It reads MP3/WMA/ASF, and is made compatible with Windows Xp/Vista/2000. Facial-Mickey is slated to ship in mid December with an estimated price of 8,980 yen ($98)
