A Report coming from the LA Times reported that Google intends to market a fully functioning PC running a Google OS and pricing out at 200 dollars. While it could be everyone inside Google is denying it.

While I think it would be awesome if Google release a PC that even the poor could afford. I doubt that they have been working on this project. mostly because they have stayed away from consumer hardware to this date. While it is possible they could really take a huge cut out of just about everyone’s pie if they jumped into the PC market. It could lead to widespread panic that AOL would come prepackaged. And we all know how great an experience that is.

So no there will be no Google PC. But good idea LA Times.
