GadzookiAll the Geeks Love Wii
Posted by Geezer as Consoles, Event Coverage, Gaming, Random Thoughts, Wii, e3 2006e3 2006 has started and if the headlines on Digg are any indications, all the geeks love Nintendo most. Whether it’s Nintendo’s forthcoming Light Gun or video footage of Mario Galaxy Gameplay or even the Wiimote’s Doppler Effect, the Geeks all seem to be Nintendo fanboys (just like us at Gadzooki!).
We’ll see if the Geek likability factor turns into sales this time around, or whether Nintendo’s Wii is just another sexy idea handled without proper execution. One thing’s for sure: the Geeks Love Gadgets and Nintendo Wii has Gadgets Galore.

Gadzooki » Nintendo Wii: Evidence of Success?
26|May|2006[...] No one can deny the huge response that the Nintendo Wii got from e3 2006. There was no doubt that the Ntendo boys and girls cast a huge shadow over MSoft and Sony. Whether it was the motion sensing controller, new game mechanics, a new version of Duck Hunt or the Wii’s built in microphone, the response from the e3 crowd was huge and perfectly tracked the geek crowd over at Digg.
