Samsung S3 Slim

Let’s give good ‘ol Samsung the spotlight, much has been covered in quad-media these days for the Apple, Sony, Creative and Microsoft lines of MP3 players. I like options, as many as possible, which may not be equal options because we do have our own favorites, but options nonetheless.

The Samsung S3 Slim was released June 2008 at a suggested retail price of US$79.99. Priced fairly I think due to the decreasing costs of flash memory these past months. I’d guess it’ll still go down when we hit the holiday season.

CNET and ZDNet rates this consumer product at 7.0 out of 10 which to me says it’s good for the money. Note that this is not too feature filled though, but if its a straightforward MP3 player you want this can dish out your tune craves like the big boys.

I personally haven’t been a Samsung MP3 player fan, I love features… I like the lively interaction from gadgets. Makes my time playing with it entertaining. I’m a features guy.
