Want, nay, NEED, more RAM!

I was playing with my best friend’s now-fixed Neo laptop on Christmas Eve, when I had a few realizations:

RAM is really king. The same Internet connection that I have loaded up so… Zippily on her computer. I was wondering: “Why on earth did YouTube load fully as it played on her machine while on Sayuri I wanna bang my head on the monitor constantly?”

The difference: 1 GB RAM on her ~~Windows XP box~~, and 512 MB on my ~~OS X box~~.

Great. Now I seriously want these. :p
