The Lexus LS-460 will come with a 30GB factory-installed hard drive partitioned for music and navigation. Computers here, computers there, computers are popping up everywhere.

The LS-460 also comes with three cameras for lane departure warning (for those times when you don’t feel like double checking the mirrors) and park assist (for parallel parking), touch-screen and voice activated navigation system, Bluetooth phone control, monitored telematics*, live traffic reports and a 19-speaker audio system that plays compressed digital formats such as MP3.

*Telematics is a wireless communications system designed for the collection and dissemination of information, particularly refers to vehicle-based electronic systems, vehicle tracking and positioning, on-line vehicle navigation and information systems and emergency assistance.
